Responsibilities
- Manage and upgrading existing systems as required, maintain switches/routers/firewalls
- Designing new computer Systems and Server
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Collaborating with System IT, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, maintenance, and system performance
Qualifications
- Experience working with information technologies
- Strong computer, hardware, Software, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with Server\Workstation maintenance and administration
- Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
- Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Cyber security risk mitigation
- Disaster Recovery systems and concepts
- Windows Active Directory and related concepts
- Two-factor authentication and VPN access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Systems Administrators support Microsoft server and network technologies and provide Server maintenance
- Monitor network performance, identify root-cause issues and resolve.
- Provide server, network and desktop/application support to clients and your team
- Assist the team with specific client projects as required
Required qualifications:
- Needs to be knowledgeable of Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server operating systems and Microsoft Windows 10/Windows 11 on the desktop. 3+ year experience
- Needs to be knowledgeable of the Office 2016/O365/M365 Office Suites. 3+ year experience
- Experience with Exchange 2016/2019, Azure Entra, SharePoint, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, Helpdesk Platforms, Performance Management tools, iOS/Android Mobile Device Management, Enterprise phone systems, and/or Linux is a plus. 3+ year experience
- Management and troubleshooting of on premise and cloud environments. 3+ year experience
- Maintain network configurations and assess and resolve network performance issues (internet bandwidth problems, ISP issues and firewall/router issues) 3+ year experience
- Monitor performance of Windows server and server applications, identify root-cause and resolve issues. 3+ year experience
- Provide desktop and application support including line of business application support and hosted application support. 3+ year experience
- Produce and maintain detailed technical and training documentation.
- Organize and execute desktop\server projects, ranging from 1 day – 2 weeks.
